How does the online training work at a glance

Cost and Payment Options:
 
Health and Safety Rep Stage 1: The cost of the course is $175 and payment is made online.

Health and Safety Rep Stage 2: The cost of the course is $250 and payment is made online.

Health and Safety Rep Stage 3: The cost of the course is $275 and payment is made online.
 

Step-by-Step Guide to the Course:
 

Step 1:
 
Enrol in the Health and Safety Representative training Stage 1 Stage 2 and Stage 3 by clicking the “GET STARTED” tab at the top of the page. Complete the enrolment form, and pay the course fee (all online). **There is an option to purchase a hard copy certificate for $5 if you wish to do so, which will be posted to you once you have completed your course.
 

Step 2:
 
You will receive 3 emails from us:

1. A receipt for payment
2. A “Welcome” email which will explain how to get started on your course
3. A link to start the course, which will come directly from our online learning platform: KuraCloud

 
** Make sure to check your junk/spam folder of your emails! Sometimes our emails end up in there.
 

Step 3:
 
Once you have received the link to kuraCloud, click on it and it will take you to a page where you are to create a password – which will give you access to the course. You are now logged in! Once you have created your password you can log in again by heading to www.kuracloud.com and signing in with your email address and the password you created at first login.


 

Step 4:
 
Complete the modules (lessons) that you need to complete. This is the course material, and all  modules must be completed before moving on to the assessment.
 

Step 5:

Complete and submit the assessment, and wait for an email confirmation with your results: achieved or not yet achieved. You will receive your results no longer than 5 working days from assessment submission.

If you are notified that you have not yet achieved you are allowed one free opportunity to resubmit your incorrect questions. The relevant questions will be emailed to you with your result.
 
**Remember to contact our support staff should you get stuck on a question!
 

Step 6:
 
Once you have achieved, we will load your unit standard credits to NZQA.
 
**If you’ve paid the $5 fee for a hard copy Certificate, we will send this in the post to you within 10 business days to the postal address you provided
 

Step 8:
 
Once your credits have been loaded, you will officially become trained and certified to be a Health and Safety Representative of your workplace!
